Royal Caribbean

Cruises have gotten the reputation for being a retirement home on propellers. We aim to change that.

In their new TikTok series, “The Ultimate Ship Show”, Royal Caribbean will post real footage of the onboard antics of their most drama-filled voyages, featuring influencers and new faces alike. Let’s reposition Royal Caribbean in the minds of Millennials and Gen Z as a fun, sexy, can’t-miss vacation option.

The Ultimate Ship Show

Every week, millions of viewers on TikTok will be able to tune in to that week’s drama, and of course, subtly peep the insanely cool ship amenities through the process. And not only can you follow the hook ups, the engagements, the contests, the reunions, and the birthdays…you have the chance to be “The Ship Show” and Tik Tok’s next big star.

TV

We’ll advertise the show on streaming platforms that offer reality TV. So, all of them.

Website

Passengers buying a ticket for a cruise on Royal Caribbean's website will submit a short questionnaire gauging their interest in participating in the show, and getting their consent to be featured.

SOCIAL

On TikTok, videos will show off the show’s party vibe, introduce the hosts, and reveal future contestants

On Instagram, we’ll post static images of the Ship Show-ers with captions teasing the drama and directing them to show on TikTok.

Challenges

Sip or Zip:

Similar to truth or dare, contestants will have to choose between sipping while sharing a scandalous truth, or being dared to do the cruise’s zipline.

Don’t Eat Ship :

Contestants will battle it out on the Flowrider surf simulator while having to answer hard questions and hold on to one of Royal Caribbean’s famous animal towel sculptures in their hands without messing it up.

(Cmon it won’t be that hard, they’re very starchy)

OOH

Billboards advertising the show will be placed in big cities such as Miami, New York, and Chicago.

Royal Caribbean will employ aerial advertising, to promote the show. Attaching a banner to the end of a plane and flying it across the beaches of Miami, a common cruise ship port, the ad will spread the word about the show to beachgoers.

Follow Ups

Contestants will post on their personal TikToks giving follow ups on their Ship Show experience tagging Royal Caribbean.
