HINGE

If I look familiar, it’s because you might have seen me in some Hinge ads in 2018. (I know, I would’ve mentioned it earlier, but I try to be modest with my fame). 

As an intern at a media company, I helped brainstorm Instagram ads for the dating app. I then cast myself as the star and shared my profile with an audience of 20M+ on the accounts of @fuckjerry and @beigecardigan. It may have appeared as a shameless act of self promotion and a shot at love, but the ads actually did cause an increase in downloads, satisfying the client.

After all, sometimes the best ads are ones that don’t look like ads at all. ;)
